Callisia fragrans - Variegated
Callisia fragrans is related to the common "Spider Plant" but has broad leaves and forms large rosettes about 12" across and sends out thick runners above ground which form another plant and take root, eventually forming a dense cluster several feet across. The leaves are thick and fleshy tinged with purple and 6-8" long. It sends up 24" spikes with tiny creamy white flowers. Best grown in a large pot or hanging basket. Drought tolerant once established.

Cynanchum insigne, AKA Sarcostemma insigne has thin leafless green jointed stems that branch and scramble. It produces tiny stapelia-like flowers along the stems. Can grow to many feet long and is perfect in a hanging basket.

sharply lobed. E. cyathorphora is a relatively small plant growing 12-24", taller with plenty of moisture. It produces
small yellow flowers surrounded by bright red bracts, ocassionally carnation pink and very rarely white.

Euphorbia geroldii
Euphorbia geroldii looks just like a "Crown of Thorns" except it has no thorns! This gorgeous plant blooms nearly year around with bright red paired flowers with golden-yellow centers. It's semi-succulent in that it forms a thin bark and grows into a 4' shrub. It tolerates more moisture than most Euphorbia's and is tropical, hardy in zones 10+. Looks great in a hanging basket!

Kalanchoe pinnata - Donkey Ear
Kalanchoe pinnata, known as 'Donkey Ear' due to the wide 6" leaves that stand straight out. Growing to about 3-4' tall and wide, bears clusters of large red and yellow flowers on a tall thick spike. New babies are formed on the leaf tips. So far mine are hardy outside in zone 8b.

Manfreda maculosa, syn. Agave maculosa or A. maculata, is called a 'Spice Lily' due the fragrance emminating from the creamy white flowers which are often streaked with pink.

Manfreda variegata - Gallon
Manfreda variegata is similar in appearance to M. maculosa but has shorter and narrower leaves, a dark green with purple splotches, and can grow 10" tall by 36" across. It blooms a tall spike of purple-red flowers with very long stamens and anthers.

Mangave x Bloodspot - Manfreda x Agave
Mangave x "Bloodspot" is believed to be a hybrid of Agave macroacantha hybrid with Manfreda maculosa and forms non-suckering rosettes to about 12 inches tall by 15 inches. It's leaves are about 1" wide, are gray-green with small teeth along margin. The leaves are edged with maroon and are speckled with maroon which gives "Bloodspot" it's name.

Senecio pendulus
They are escaping!! Senecio pendulus is a really strange duck with it's 1/2" thick gray-green stems marbled in a pale green and dotted with white pseuo-thorns. It blooms coral red flowers on 18" stems. In a hanging basket the stems will curl around and under. Hardy in zones 10-12.

Sinningia tubifera has trailing stems that grow from a tuber and have long, sage-green leaves are covered with silvery white hairs. In spring, nodding, 2" narrowly tubular white flowers are produced in clusters. Highly fragrant!
