Sansevieria pinguicula

Sansevieria pinguicula looks more like an Agave than a sans with it's short stem and rigid, sharply pointed leaves arranged in a rosette. The thick blueish leaves are rounded and have a channel on the top side and the leaves have reddish edges and brown tips. Pinguicula spreads by above ground stolons when in turn send out roots until they reach the ground.
